The Summer Day Camp Offers the Most Valuable Memories to All

 

Are you planning a Summer Day Camp in Chicago, and are searching to find the Best Chicago Day Camp? If so, Lakeshore Sports and Fitness offers effective solutions varied to your respective needs. In view of the rising/ ongoing pandemic cases, we have mentioned a policy for COVID and we request all to follow the same. Appended are some important aspects of it for your consideration:

 

●     The City of Chicago has imposed a vaccine mandate on most public facilities starting January 3, 2022.

●     In order to comply with the vaccine mandate, we will be using our check-in software to track vaccination records.

●     If you have not shared your vaccination information ahead of time (per the information included in the member email sent on December 27th), when you check in to the club after January 3rd, you will be sent to a secondary check-in desk where you will need to provide this information so we can update your records; on subsequent visits, you will then not have to show this information. We expect that having to do this in person will delay your arrival experience, so please plan to arrive early.

●     For those with a medical or religious exemption or other accommodation, you may provide that information. Please email LPCovid@LakeshoreSF.com (Lincoln Park) or ICCovid@LakeshoreSF.com (Illinois Center) with your full name and the appropriate documentation. We will update your profile in our system to remove the medical check-in requirement.
